How it all started
Our Founders.
Ms. Robinson, a visionary educator, and Ms. Donne, a dedicated social leader, founded The Home School with a mission to provide well-rounded, student-centered education. Starting with just a small kindergarten class, the school grew rapidly under their leadership, driven by personalized learning and affordable international standards.
Ms. Robinson, serving as Principal until 1961, and Ms. Donne, the first Superintendent, introduced traditions like morning prayers, Scouts and Guides, and musical activities, creating a unique, nurturing school culture. Their legacy of academic excellence and holistic development continues to inspire generations of learners to this day.

Message from the Chairman
Dear Students, Parents, and Community Members,
At The Home School, we are dedicated to nurturing well-rounded individuals by blending academic excellence with joyful, meaningful learning. Rooted in core values, we provide a warm, home-like environment where every child thrives, regardless of background.
From our Montessori-inspired nursery program that cultivates curiosity and imagination to a balanced primary curriculum that fosters exploration, creativity, and confidence, we ensure learning is both engaging and impactful. In the secondary years, our focus shifts to preparing students for the future through rigorous academics and enriching co-curricular opportunities.
Our dedicated faculty, practical teaching methods, and emphasis on hands-on learning empower students to excel academically while discovering their passions. Together, as partners in education, we aim to shape independent thinkers, lifelong learners, and future leaders.
Thank you for being a valued part of The Home School family. We look forward to a rewarding journey together.
Warm regards,
Netra Venkatachalam
